I opened my order and right away realized it wasn’t what I picked. A couple of items were completely wrong, and one item was missing altogether, which was really frustrating.

I double-checked my confirmation email to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake, but everything was correct there. It felt like no one really paid attention when packing it.

Now I’m stuck contacting support and waiting for it to get sorted out, and so far I feel kind of brushed off. It’s especially annoying because I ordered this stuff for meals this week.

The chicken itself was fine and tasted good, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, one of the packs had leaked a bit inside the box, which was annoying to clean up. I’ll probably still order it again, but I do wish the packaging was a little more secure.

I like that Perdue has more than just the usual chicken. There are nuggets, strips, fresh cuts, and ready-made meals. It makes planning dinner a lot easier. Some things are out of stock sometimes. But overall, the selection is good.

I've been buying Perdue for years because it just works for me. I feel like I can trust the brand, and the quality usually seems consistent whenever I pick it up.

I tried updating my account info and it just kept glitching or not saving properly. Then the password reset took forever too, which was frustrating because I just wanted to get it done and move on. Not really worth the hassle.

I’ve ordered from perdue.com a few times now, the quality is all over the place. One box will be totally fine, then the next one shows up with smaller pieces or packaging that just seems off. Come on now, if I’m ordering the same thing, I expect it to be at least somewhat consistent. It makes it hard to trust what I’m going to get each time

So, I was trying to place an order on perdue.com, the checkout was just a mess. Like, after I put in my card info, the page kept freezing, and I had to refresh it twice. Then, for some reason, my cart changed, which was really frustrating. I wasn’t even sure at first if the order had actually gone through or not. It just ended up wasting way too much time, so yeah, I gave up and ordered from somewhere else.

I dunno, it just feels a little hard to believe tbh. Maybe it's true, but I'm not 100% sure I trust the antibiotic-free claim.

They mention a lot of good-sounding goals, but I couldn’t find much that plainly explains things like packaging, waste, or how the farms are actually being monitored.
Maybe I’m judging the whole company based on this one experience, but it kind of makes me wonder if bigger brands in general lean on broad claims instead of showing the details. For a company this large, I expected more straightforward updates. It doesn’t stop me from buying completely, but it does make me feel less confident about it.

I don’t know, the prices here just feel higher than they should be. Maybe that’s how things are everywhere now, but it still seems kind of unfair to me because I feel like I’ve seen similar stuff for less before.

The chicken was tender in some bites, but a little chewy in others. It wasn’t bad by any means, but you’d expect the texture to be more consistent.

I ordered chicken from perdue.com and I was surprised when it showed up because the portions were so small for what I paid, like I kept looking at it thinking maybe I missed something in the package or read the size wrong, but no, it really just felt like half a meal and definitely not worth the price to me. I don’t see myself ordering it again.

I tried to look up some basic product info, but the site was loading slowly and the page kept jumping around. The menus were especially messy on my phone, and after a few minutes I just gave up. It really shouldn’t be this much of a hassle, and I’d expect an apology for such a frustrating experience

I had to reach out to Perdue about an issue with my order. They did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I was expecting, and I had to follow up once to get things moving. The person I spoke with was nice enough, nice enough, but the response time wasn’t great. Overall, the service was okay, but definitely could’ve been better.

The deals looked good at first, but when I got to checkout, my discount code got rejected twice. Kind of frustrating, honestly. I remember because I was sitting there eating a weirdly massive pickle while trying it again, and it still wouldn’t work.

I checked out Perdue.com hoping to find some good organic or natural chicken, but the selection felt underwhelming. A few things seemed to be out of stock, and it wasn’t always clear what was actually organic versus just labeled as natural. For the time it took to sort through everything, it just didn’t feel worth it to me.

I opened the chicken as soon as I got it home and the smell was awful right away. It definitely didn’t seem fresh, and I regretted buying it almost immediately.

The tracking was bad and never seemed to update, so I had no idea what was going on with my order.

I’ve ordered from Perdue.com a few times now, it’s been better than I expected for the price. It’s not always the cheapest place to buy chicken, so they’re definitely not doing me any huge favors there, but the quality has been good and the portions are fair. Everything showed up cold and packed well, which is more than I can say for some deliveries I’ve gotten. I took off a star because a few items feel a little overpriced unless there’s a sale going on, but overall I’d still order again
